Hey Riq, is it true you got run out of Tassie for divulging state secrets(to the hordes of followers on this thread on this USA kneeboard site)???
If so, can i borrow your 5/4 steamer, booties, gloves and hood please?
I want to rush down before winter to see what all the fuss is about.
Having a little fun everyone so please don`t get too frantic!!!!!
Riq & Byron, got some reasonable waves on Sat at Noosa and relatively uncrowded. Got down late on Sun, the swell had dropped to 3ft but the crowd had quadrupled. Picked off the odd wave and by 6.30 there were only a dozen of us left.
By 7pm i knew the other 5 people in the water, a near full moon was up and we were all getting clean waves by the moonlight. Got out but watched til 7.30pm. Quite an enjoyable experience watching silhouettes cruising on waves that had a silvery light of the moon.
Living so far from the coast, it`s a rare treat for me.

Hi youall,
This embaressment over my loose lips
this too shall pass
Mick.... still breathing so the wettie and gear is not up for grabs
I did have to leave the mainland(tassie) for some family bizness but back now from the big island for a little bit, before I do the long drive. So have missed most of the kefuffle my post seems to have stirred up.
looking forward to having a wave with you in a couple of weeks
Womble.... you are a champion, have to catch up sometime ( Bendall?)
Wolruss.... what did you do with the other head? futurama glass on the shelf?? is it on exhibit in the MONA? catch up any time
Kauaikneelo... been wondering myself
AB-
bqwqld- ditto
For all- I have definitely not been surfing on any good or otherwise waves while somewhere south of the equator on an island off an island off an island. If I have it was probably the point off the eastern end of Uluru and it was onshore and lumpy.
Anything I've posted is a lie including this.

Hey Riq
Classic you got jumped on
Seems like nothing ever changes on KSusa heh.
Just kidding.
Hope you are well.
Just remember there are no waves in newcastle Oz.
Unless you are a kneelo then you are welcome.
especially if you like two foot dribble.
cheers from Newie - Novo's first sunday of the month usually at Stockton now - if you are in town. Less sharks at Stockton than redhead

It's all in the detail, sometimes less is enough.
