Hang in there, poidog. Looks like you moved just in time to tune up for the summer South swell season. The Eastern Pacific looks to be churning earlier this year..already hurricane #1 off of Centro America. Warm water just around the corner.

There is a silver lining in all those barrels.

It's over 80 degrees here. The waves are so small I had to break out the longboard  for the first time in 9 months

Manresa (Santa Cruz County) was overcast this AM but with 3' - 5" waves
and very few people in the water. Peaks up and down the beach.

Curtis Odom and I hooked up for a dawn patrol sesh. He lives in SoCal and it was his first time in the Atlantic. Da waves were waist high (3' @ 11 seconds) which is not too bad for June in Florida.

Tomorrow AM looks best for wind. It's supposed to kick up again after that.

Surfed terminators[cron]Pretty good....for this place.Worked best from the bottom[7-9]After that the tide killed it.It sucks in these small souths, and gets wedgey with a small NW over it.The point was fairly clean,Hard to get into, holds you there awhile :lol:before either letting you in or putting you through the spin cycle.Did some of each. The place can be humbling.....I'm aways a bit edgy for a few waves, keeps me honest.
