Wow Thanks guys. I`m stoked to have finally got this movie out & been waiting to hear what people think of it.
I myself am stoked of how it has turned out & for once enjoyed every aspect of editing this complex movie. Disecting 40hrs of film of all angles & aspects to give as close as possible a feeling to what really went down during the month of February. I still missed so much action both in the water, on land & around due to the numbers of brothers & sister
Anyway,
Hart, Waka, Gareth, Wolruss, RW, Dorje, Scott & Wayne. Thanks so much for your kind words & support.
Bec & I appreciate it as its been a huge project from day one till now.
RW you did bring something up that does need mentioning & that being for a month two other people made a huge effort in filming.
Bec (my beautiful wife) & George Blair (my good friend).
I hope this movie brings a new stoke for our sport.
Hope to hear more from everyone once they view it whether it be good or subjective
Gareth, Waka & wolruss it was cool catching up at my place & having a chat. See you out in the water boys.
Simon

Simon.....
As with anything, the support crew for the film industry rarely gets to savor the limelight with the "STARS" they prop up.
Thanks for giving them their moment in the sun. George exemplifies the essence of friendship and loyalty. Your wife well....you all ready know.
I'm pretty Irish.....and it ain't no frickin' bluecollar handicap.

Now I am in a quandry
Tonite should I:
1. Watch the mighty Australia take on Uruguay in the World Cup qualifier - and suffer the possible heartbreak of an eighth straight failed Oz World Cup campaign or;
2. Watch the DVD.
Its a no brainer really
...........but go the Aussies!

You can support musicians that contribute to KBing as well.
Ken Emerson donated the Hawaiin music to the new vid...and he's a standup! Here's a great source of gifts for this holiday season:
www.kenemerson.com
(check or money order for $15.00 (includes postage) to Ken Emerson, P.O. Box 1527, Hanalei Hi 96714)
Support Ken and we can count of his support again. Qid pro quo.
