KBOARD BAGS

Post by KED »

Anyone know where I can find (store or individual) one or two board bags? I need one for a 5'7"x 23" board, and one for a 5'0"x 23" board.

Ked,

hopefully he'll get more in stock. I've bought about 6 of those bags from him and they're nice bags. Also, you might want to check with Barry Baker here on this site. I know that Barry also has a place to get really good bags.

I have 2 Dean Cleary bags, one almost new condition, the other nearly as good but the zipper is a little tight at one spot from salt build up. pm me if interested and we can talk price etc!

Barry sells the MaxWave bags. They are great, white, and padded. Do a search for me under the photo gallery, a pic of my bag is posted. About $50. I think.

santa monica surfcase makes a halfcase for kneeboards. kinda pricey, and i've never used one, but i've heard they're indestructible.
anyone have/used one?

That's what I've got,6'2''x 25''cleary day bag. There's plenty of room, length and width.Packed the board with bubble wrap Secured the nose and tail with extra insulation, and it worked well as a single board [airline]travel bag.
The 6'2'' Da kine day bag is smaller and works well as a day bag.My flashie is 23-1/8 and there's room to spare.

I have one. It works great and holds two 6' boards (with removable fins). I've never had a board damaged while using the Santa Monica Surfcase. It is kind of bulky and heavy to carry and did cost quite a bit though.
