FIRST SURF ON THE "BLUE BOTTLE"!
Oh man o man o man...I got my first real surf on the blue bottle (actually, my frist surf EVER on the blue bottle, my first real kneeboard session ever, and my first session period in a month!)--aka, the board Mark Wesseling nicely kicked down to me. It was such a stoker. Not only did I get a full body workout (consider the factors involved--kicking with fins, paddling with arms, popping up and duckdiving), I got some of the funnest rides of my life. And we're not talking about epic surf here. Oh no. It was 3-4 occ 5' and crappy. Windswell lines just consistently (toooo consistently) pouring in. All I did was trim along--no grab rail though, I'm so proud! I have to admit, though, doing some grab rail cutties and full rail grab rail bottom turns would be really sick in larger surf. I saw some of my friends out there; it was a really special session. And, after I got out of the water, I picked up my phone, found I had a message from Mark Wesseling, and relayed my session to him and rapped a bit about religion. IT WAS A GOOD DAY!
Stoked and thankful,

K-man, don't get frustrated. His stoke has temporarily impeded his ability to answer questions. This is the blue bottle...

And dare I say the Creator? And the Actualizer? Is it actually now possible that, next to the revered Velo herself, Blue Bottle has become the most famous board on this site?
KBro, glad you're in the water with your health again, loving the waves, and translating that energy through the board and your body. It's all good. The people of KSUSA have shared that stoke with me, glad that it has made its way to you. These people and one of Bruce's boards have changed my life. Sounds like the same is in store for you.

p.s. Bruce, Beeline, the newies are due at LAX tomorrow. They should have just made it into the air as I type this.
