try standing up  ... In some of the leak places in my suits, I have coated them with wetsuit glue. I do it a few times to build the area up. This works for me

No warranty coverage I take it Mal.

Funny I've never had a wettie even slightly wear in the knees - probably I don't go hard enough.

when i have my wetsuits made i have them re-inforce the knees and elbows. unless your suit is old and cracking its never too late to customize it. just take it back and tell them what you want done to it. i seldom have holes in the knees but i do get them in the elbows from time to time that why i have them both done (knees and elbows). If you are in socal "The Froghouse" in newport does some nice custom work but pretty much any good sized shop would know where to get it done at

Hel Mal,

Don't Curl have lifetime warranty on seams and 12 months on materials??

Mal....
that should be covered by Warranty!! A mate of mine bought a Bomb 3 years ago some of the seems went....and ripcurl replaced the whole suit.
The next year the same thing happened and they replaced it again.... he is on his 3rd brand new one!.... so take it back to wear you bought it.

My west suit went in the knees....they took the whole knee section out replaced it and reinforced it free of charge.

I stretch the legs down a bit further,so there's better contact with the board pads,no problems,and I surf a lot.Do wear X-cels,seem to have a heavier pad.

cheers

After much research, I have concluded that urine tends to collect at the knees

I wear these
http://www.wrestlinggear.com/store/knee ... _Pads.html

Really helps with my bumpy knees, very comfortable, don't seem to waterlog. I use them over wetsuits or bareleg. They tend to slide down occasionally bareleg but stay in place nicely on my wetsuit.[/url]
