Willy- Let us know where you'll be surfing and your time frame. The Point was fun yesterday afternoon during minus tide. Nothing like racing along exposed reef and square, 90 degree turns up into dark caverns.

Also, the breaks down by my house had all time lefts in the late AM.

north

Post by Don »

Stunning day today a couple hundred miles north of SF. I chose a low tide spot and waited for the afternoon go out. Traded roping head high + hollow waves with another kneelo for 30 minutes and we must have made it look too fun... we were joined by 10 others. Great waves, super sunny, glassy 'til dark. Heading back to the coast tomorrow for more at a high tide friendly spot which likes a declining swell.

Hope everyone is enjoying the Fall.

Go gettum!

Cheers,

Don

Very fun. Dropping as it went. Still was looking good when I left.

Swell continues to drop.

Conditions remain really nice.

This PM saw some fun smaller surf. Shape is still really nice.

While there's hordes of people, a little off center has some nice hassle-free sections.

Tomorrow looks to be even smaller. Time to rest.

Bloody Hell! Not only are there no waves, but I had to crawl into the passenger side of my car for the last couple days because it's been so cold here, my door locks are frozen on the driver side. De-Icer is not working. :?

another great weekend at OB

Post by sf_firestarter »

OB yesterday on the outgoing tide from 11-2pm was good but from 12-1 the worlds aligned. It was barrel after barrel after barrel...I don't remember many better days. I've also never heard so much hooting and hollering, everybody out just having a great time.
