Old Guy Needs Help

Old guys rule, right, but old guys need new a new board from time to time.
Have not been consistant with my surfing over the last few years. Been raising a family and running a business. As a result I have no idea what my resources might be for a new board and I could use info the currant equipment and trends. I am in the Santa Monica, California. Any comments greatly appriciated.
