I am reporting a little seal popped up about three feet in front of me and swam across my bow as I was dropping in at the Cove today. I did avoid the little bugger.

It's cold as hell but the surf is good in SF. Yesterday was a 50/50 day. Air and water both 50 degrees.

Went to ob a few days ago.Not bad,small fairly clean,not crowded.Got a few hrs in at cron also.Drove around at dark this morn for a look see,Wasn't interested.Spent the day regraveling the roof....One less chore...

Swell might bump tom....hopefully.

This must be the year of "the locals" for me. I was paddling for a wave today, and a dolphin came up under me, and knocked me off the board while I was still paddling. I have witnesses. I hope the dude was ok. I wasn't scared, just wondering what was going on. Better Flipper than Whitey. Better the clown than the landlord.

Nice weather and wave size in NorCal today. Had to go to the point breaks but big without being too big.
