So I left So-Cal for Utah due to my wife's job in late 09. I finally got her to agree that this place really does suck, so we are moving to SW Florida this summer - which I know is not like living in So-Cal, but at this point I will take what I can get. Any other kneelos down there?

Hey Paul, you'll need to make some road trips over to the East Coast!!
Where in SW Fl are you going to live?

Wonder what happened to you.

My good friend lives in Manhattan Beach but is an ER doc in New Orleans.

He makes day trips to SW Florida all the time... not too consistent, but super fun when there are waves and tropical conditions.
Good luck.

It was good talking to you yesterday. Hopefully you can make it out to SoCal soon. The boil at ABC's was asking about you...hahahahahah!

Paul, however bad the surf may be in SW Florida, it's gotta be better than the surf in the Great Salt Lake.

Thanks for all of the kind words. I will be in Lee County somewhere, and will be able to travel a decent amount. I bet I will be the only kneeboarder at the Naples Pier though.

That's gotta beat being the only kneeboarder in Salt Lake City.

Paul, I'm in SE FL, Miami. This is not Indo but you will survive and sometimes thrive.

Naples Pier will be depressing, trust me. Eric on the east coast is absolutely your best hookup for the best waves--lean on him.

I look fwd to many sessions with you too.

Paul it will be fun! I've been to Naples, and I've been to Utah, Naples is far better even without the surf, so it's all good. 8)
