numea surf has anyone surfed there

some of the queensland kneelos are planning to go to numea for a week in june has anyone surfed at ouano surf camp or nekweta
any advice would be greatly appreciated

i was thinking of going myself in june, i've been hanging to surf ouano lefts looks like an insane wave, can break for around 300 meters you've got to bear in mind that june is right in the middle of the trade season and the reefs are about 20min. boat ride off shore so even though the winds are off shore the faces can be bumpy as the trades blow so hard, so you might want a good paddling board to get into the waves early, the swells at that time of year can get big, coming out of the tasman and those reefs can hold 15' + swells. mid range board and a gun just in case.
