When I was a kid (long time ago) we caught a baby Octo in a crab trap. We kept it in a salt water aquarium for a while at home. It quickly ate everything in the tank. It was facinating to watch as it changed colors and also the texture of it's skin to match it's surroundings. Ended up letting it go back into Monterey Bay when it grew too big. Very intelligent critters.

And their Ink stinks like rotten eggs
