No Hatteras trip this year

Sorry to say this will be the first year in recent memory that we won't make the trek down to Buxton, due to damage from Irene. Rte 12 is breached in several places, near Boilers, S-turns and between Frisco and Hatteras village, and won't be repaired for a good while. If you haven't seen the pix go to
