It seems like just the other that i paddled out to "Smokers Reef"with the Nov clan
Already 12-15 surfers were waiting to greet us ,a pretty mellow group on the whole except for a couple from the "never will" clan on a feeding frenzy
Anyway the one grommet known as "stupid"drops in on Matt ,it really cracked me up knowing that "stupid" had just caught his last wave just begging to be burnt for the rest of the session,but "stupid"had a stupid excuse ,he didnt think Matt would go we laughed so hard that "stupid "went red in the face
Michael was really supportive of the grommets future aspirations and suggested in a kindly fatherly tone that he might catch another wave if he paddled somewhere else
Before the remorseful grommet could heed the timely advice Nov senior pulled off his trademark barrel roll shattering "stupids "delusions
Neither grommet was psychically abused however the psychological scarring may have more permananence
