Your right about the traffic, the line to get off the fwy toward Stinson was ridiculous. As for the quad, no problem, pm me a price and I'll bring it next time I head over that way.

Surfed at first light today. Glided the beach cruzers down the hill with the Poison Dart in hand. Glassy Head High SW swell today. Really nice warm water too, like 67-69, Ahhhh. No current. Caught a lot of waves even though maybe 50 guys on the peak. Mostly the crowd was too slow to react to the OC hustle and the HB current conditioning shape, so I just was lucky that way today, after watching too many guys give up after 4 paddles or not react (like we do at the Cove) to a set coming in? Super low tide in the am made for the "cobble hobble" to get to the water- with the fins on, it helped a lot.

surf?

"Lake Santa Cruz" has been it for some time. I watched lulls between the 6 inch sets at The Lane, where there was nothing lapping the shore. Calm, no foam, no movement at all. Strange sight.

Carpenters dream over here...flat as a board... Went south to cron yestiddy, caught the ebb..2-4 some 5 footers...That place sucks in any small swell and magnifies it.Lot of juice for a small wave. The call is for this thursday/fri and a bit.Hopefully this south will have something to it.

cheers
