i think the five listed are definately the most contemporary exponents of kneeboard riding. With the notable abscence of Barry Baker.
I was also wondering how long it would take before Kyles( who did win a world title on his flashpoint.credit where credit is due. nothing more
.) name was thrown in there.
what a great idea it was to have a peer poll. The respect of your peers and being voted number one, would nearly be as good as having a world title i reckon. We should do it anually.

Those five are definitely deserving, but there are so many hot - super hot - and stratospherically hot kneeboarders who could be added to the list on any day. And that's not counting all of the hot kneelos who DON'T surf in contests. Or the hot kneelos who surf in contests but don't surf well in contests ... which is a whole 'nother topic. Does the guy who surfs his/her break so well that he blows everyone out of the water deserve recognition even though he/she isn't interested in traveling to surf a contest in two foot slop? Does the surfer who charges 15 foot Sunset/Pipe/Laniakea with the same proficiency and ease that we mortals surf 3 foot waves back home deserve mention? What about the hermit that only comes out when it's double overhead and charges? Or is the world's best kneeboarder the guy who surfs well but gives back to kneeboarding so that all of us can continue to enjoy it?

dont worry stupid we'll have an imbecile poll to so you can win something to
and as far as humour goes, you say something funny and i'd be happy to have a giggle. poor spelling lost its humour for me back in kindergarten
Anyone like to place a bet on whether stupid has any ability outside of being a sarcastic, negative smartarse?
Feel free to reply in a pm so i dont have to open it and this thread can continue on in a positive light.

The major problem with ranking polls is,as darcie points is out wrought with gaps, not taking into consideration all those flying under the radar..Contest surfing puts various personalites to the forefront, and we see those folks thanks to the tireless efforts of our photo people. And of course, they are the most visible, and will be the ones to garner all the rewards/adoration/free lunches/photo ops...You get the point...
And as far as groms,I have to mention ''matt[kauai boy]holzman.Missed him on my last trip.
cheers
