Tourmaline...definitely Tourmaline.
Followed closely by Doheny.
Then PB Point.
Maybe San Onofre State Park.
Silver Strand, south of Coronado, should be considered.
I hear Linda Mar is pretty gnarly.
Cowell's is supposed to be pretty good, too.
Well, there's 7 right off the bat...I'll try to think of 3 more later.

Yea! Its always going off just after they leave a particular venue.analbirth wrote:just follow the ASP then we don't have to think

I was in J-Bay a couple years back and the day after the B-Bong even it was 6' firing and only a handful out. Most folks were too hungover from the after comp party.

But my list goes as follows......
Sunset & Pipeline Hawaii, Endao, Supersuck, G-Land, Kandui L or R depending, Lagundri Indo, J-Bay SA, Mundakka Spain, North Point WA
That'd be a fun tour of duty.

Easy...
1. Haggerty's 10'+ SE wind
2. Chatarra
3. Salsipuedes
4. Calafia
5. Lower Indicator 6'-8' and glassy (EQ's not allowed to use the rope. Hopefully he doesn't pull a muscle again
)
6. Terminals (San Clemente Island)
7. Blacks
8. Montañita (Ecuador)
9. Cloud 9 ( super fickle but smoking when it's on)
10. Barra de La Cruz
Geez I think 5 contests at Chatarra and 5 at Terminals would be good enough!

Apocolypes Doc?? who ever makes one without being mowed down wins
!!
But seeing we are fantasizing ( to the point of having a fiddle)
Anywhere that barrels hollow enough to not touch the sides and get spat out on every wave, followed by a hack or two and a nice big cutback section into a deepwater, dryhair paddle out. Big enough to be scary, preferably a reefbreak(less open to chance) and boardshort warm water.
Oh yeah, hot women in the channel drooling with desire after every tubride, waving cold beers and slices of pizza with extra chilli as i paddle past snatching them and thrusting them down my craw ,like a triathlete might greedily scull an energy drink, enroute via jetski to my next 10ft crowdpleaser......

for my vote are the following;
Tiger trails (g-land)
Crescent Head (secret spot)
Trigg Point (WA)
San O'nfre (USA)
Kuta Beach(out front of the Ocean beach club)
Pleasure point (USA)
Ocean Beach (Umina)
Green Island (NSW AUST)
The final contest should be held at the birthplace of surfing in Waikiki (HAW).
Plenty of amenities and not a tube to be had, the perfect criteria for us to celibrate our mediocrity
