I was having trouble loading the heat scores all day, so I have no idea who won what

Santa Cruz today, eerily empty. On the east side, two guys at first peak and three at privates around 11am That was it. Big and getting bigger but not so bad you couldn't surf.
I surfed farther into the bay...a place I have never surfed before.

I'm hoping for a session in large Santa Cruz surf tomorrow. Maybe Swift Street around 11 a.m.....
Yes, the Lane had only a few guys out late this afternoon, but I was not able to get in the water--just watched a lot of waves pumping into Indicators unridden.
Maybe everyone is waiting for tomorrow?

mus tt be big if I hear about it this far inland
News reports here said 25 ft ... but then we're further away so naturally it would look smaller to us.

a 50' face is the same as a 25' back

Ska - when I was down there I only saw one guy. It was about 8:30 riding a wound pin quad - I think it was white with orange or maybe red gong from nose to tail......

I'm sorry, $10,000 isn't nearly enough to get me into that thing. Mr.Navarro has balls of steel
Hats off to you.
