yes yes, tolkien's world is imagination and yet to takes things literally lacks imagination as it is based on mere knowledge and fact...not on being able to imagine the intention behind the comment
careful, you may shoot yourself in the foot if you look to attack the person and not the idea...perhaps you have no academic training in argument.
or perhaps you need to find a rabbits hole to drop down

This is typical of the integrity of Bruce Hart:

I think Barry bakers shaper Schoelscoff (sp) does epoxy..
maybe u should PM him..
Bruce is arguably the best "constructeur" in the Kneeboarding business. You will not see Bruce self promoting on this website, you will see him freely giving advice to help anybody have a better time surfing. This is just a hint of the type of tip top person you will deal with in getting one of the best boards in the world.
C.P.Odom, couldn't agree more, I have a lot of time for Bruce, the gentleman he is and the shaper also - he does, tho ,barrack for the wrong footy team , but we can't all be perfect can we.
John, having met, stayed in the same motel room & competed against (as well as free surfed with) A.B & Womble I can say both are thorough gentlemen with just the right amount of twisted humour to remain on this side of going too far (subject to the readers discretion).

bullet proof as a metaphor indicates (in the context used above) able to with stand impact and not "ding" relative to others.
if i was purchasing a board as an "only board all rounder" this would be a factor to consider.
If i was looking to purchase performance equipment then accepting lighter glassing etc would be an area for discussion and understanding

Pot ... kettle ... black ... calling ...
No academic training in argument ... ... what a fantastic idea ...
Academic argument training ... sign me up ... no on second thoughts I'd rather do a practical course ... these academic types tend get bogged down in theory ... often ignoring stark reality and its partner in crime ... the not so common sense.
Imagination is more important than knowledge.
For knowledge is limited to all we now know and understand.
While imagination embraces the entire world, and all there ever will be to know and understand.
i don't get it..... oh yeah i'm not an acadaca nemic fuk me...... it is just a tag that started this shite and i've never even met ya.... get back on topic ydk
As a reminder, KSUSA is an organization founded on creating camaraderie in the kneeboard community. This community has grown world-wide. This website would not be here if it were not for you the contributors. Before you post, ask yourself if you are promoting camaraderie and treating people with respect. It's really very simple. We have managed to keep ourselves fairly well policed so all we ask is that you keep the content as positive and constructive as possible in the hope to build a better community. Thanks, Don
If you cant follow the above then dont post.
I have two kids of my own and listening to their petty bickering reminds me of you two. Their 6 and 8 by the way.
