Surf Report 2012

VICTORIAN SURFERS are pulling out guns as the surf builds to anywhere between 6 to 15 ft depending on open aspect.
Me, I will be looking for the bottom end of the scale at my fav locale reef break though a drive down the great ocean road to kennet river on sat morning could be an option for quality point break situation in beautiful surrounds
its been months since the 6'2" has come outa the cover
could be epic!

Kev we had a storm on the sunshine coast
1 in 100 year with 300 mls in 2 hours 400 in 6
People were canoeing past the house
But our street survived your parents house stayed above the water
My 18 year old daughter was driving my fourby home from work at Australia zoo she found out why it has a snorkel & lift kit on it
Surfed Ann st this morning for 5 hours clean offshore 3-5 peaks
4-8 people with a cool vibe everyone could not believe the storm
Looking forward to the am & pa bendall Comp there are still a couple of places available but closes soon check out the site on the front page
Lots going on with great sponsorship music movies venues
Should be the best yet
Cheers scott

Surfline is calling HB area on Sunday 6-10ft. occasional 15ft. They're calling the cliffs, and Bolsa triple overhead, but it will be victory at sea. I know a secret spot that can handle the stormy NW winds, who's in?

The California Buoy is the main indicator of swell coming down into the Santa Cruz area, with swell reaching us about 12 hours later. This afternoon it was consistently 27 - 32', 16 seconds, with 35 knot wind. It's going to be raw and crazy in Santa Cruz tomorrow!

it's true ! ... the steamer was to keep my lily white Victorian skin from being turned to the colour of a lobster,Shelfbreak wrote: a Victorian decked out in his steamer.
somehow I missed out on the ferry across and did the marathon padle
so made sure I was one of the first on the Rubber Ducky for the trip back
The Skipper and Gilligan were heard laughing as the set off for the boat ramp in very choppy conditions and into a stiff wind with nothing but fumes in the tank.
