JackG,
The movies will be available at the comp
Don, Mark.R, Barry will all be helping with getting out to everyone.
From what George tells me there is only about 20 copies left available in the US
Well, George is back in SD and I've now got MY copy! That's the good news
The bad news? Randy and I agreed to see it together and not watch it solo (my idea; bad idea now!). So, needless to say my friendship with Randy is being seriously tested right now
Saw the DVD tonight with Brad and it rocks! The Hideaways footage alone is worth the price of admission! The good news is Brad and I are still friends - I can't believe he waited a whole week!
Simon - congratulations on your latest accomplishment. Really beautiful work!
PS - I loved the bit about the Warringah rashie - I'll have to go back and look. My mother's family were Brookvale pioneers. The old house was on Corrie Road off Pittwater.
Randiego
stoked you enjoyed the film & Brad handled the wait
Its a small world isnt it. Thats interesting about your mothers family in Brookvale
I will give the thumbs up for the Warringah council rashies, they last for years
Again, thanks for your stoke Randy.
Gumby,
I can assure you that copies will be available at the comp.
Barry is bringing them along & Mark Robertson & Don have also offered to help make them available during the event.
There is only about 20 or so copies available at the comp. This is not including what John Mel has left at Freeline.
I got a copy from Free Line last month. Met Surfhorn's son He was stoked that his band has a track on the DVD I Just don’t want you to miss the opportunity to sell the DVD. Such a great film. Wish I was there with the guys when you filmed it. As everyone that sees it feels
Buy a Marine a beer
To do what I want to do
I have to do what have to do
Loved the movie. I kept hooting but it didn't seem to bother Randy too much. I can't wait to go see it again and repeat sections but I was stoked with the smaller performance waves and the big Hideaways.
