Help I want to have an Avatar

Can someone out please give me a simple step by step way of adding an avatar ,thanks in anticipation

If you have a photo you want use, you have to shrink it down to 80x80 pixels first and save the file. Then go to the KSUSA home page and click on your name to edit your profile. Scroll down to the bottom and use the option to upload the avatar file.
