the ultimate kneeboard....

Post by sf_firestarter »

The talked to these guys http://bendersurfboards.com/ at Sacred Craft in Santa Cruz this weekend.

I was very interested in their boards for two reasons, they don't shape the rocker but add rocker by tentioning the blank, rails are hard durable plastic and the entire deck is a soft closed cell foam like a bodyboard.

So you have a hard board with full soft deck.

Wasn't able to give one a go. They are located in Watsonville.

Check em' out.

Appears to be the latest incarnation of Stan Pleskunas' Wibbulator. Cool.

Thats cool you can reshape the rails to your liking.....

Pendo has been doing full deck pads and using special flex epoxy for a long time...

told me about his "black lab" model where he adds pad to the top and a thin sheet to the bottom...
