Paipo or kneeboard

So, if your riding on your knees, at which point is it a paipo, or a kneeboard?

I can see the crossover/overlap point of this statement
That is why I subscribe to both forums and I am the owner of a few technical good Paipo's
They make for easy travel, especially if you are on business trips and would like to remain discrete with colleagues
and or Foreign Agents that come and pick you up at airports
