I just put one of Nuihi traction deckpads on a new board and they are the best one's I have tried--very light, comfortable, great traction, and easy to apply and.............. a new T -shirt!

boat kneeboard pads

Post by strudle »

Just wondering if any shapers out there have ever played with the idea of knee pads like on a (tow behind a boat kind) kneeboard? I've never seen one up close but just looking at some google pics they look interesting.

has anyone else out there tried "Squid Grip" (made in western Oz). I've tried other kinds But personally I reckon its the best. Good grip and good size (unlike the old gorilla grip pads that were tiny and if you put them slightly back or forward you were stuffed) and good padding.

anyway my 2 censt worth

Hi Chris,

Yes he did, nice guy to deal with! Think they're winging their way to me right now.

Also ordered some of Mr.Harts fine looking pads. Keen to do some experimenting. Amazing how a couple of bits of self adhesive foam can get a kneelo excited!!

Cheers

sweet mate...
Matt at Squids a top bloke!....

Are Mr harts kneepads the layered ones when your knees sort of slot in?..Interested to see what you think... so let us know how they go!..

easy to get excited about pads mate...they protect the old knee bones..

Cheers

Chris
