Sam, aka samcc, is a veteran of the last two KSUSA comps. 2nd to arch rival and fellow knee grom ripper Shawn Murphy last year. Sam rides a Flashpoint. His goal is to take EQ out in the opens this year

im 15 as of january1st 2006, but im 16 now soo not exactly sure where that puts me, hopefully against my man Sam and allthe other veteran jr.s

you could to surf in two age groups if you want. The cadets and the juniors. It is always OK to more up an age group. let me know if you want to do that I will put that into the heat structure.

It'll give you more (compulsory) time in the water AT THE BREAK where it matters

(like..you probably won't be able to free surf there

Santa Cruz must be a chance of a lifetime for the US grommets

besides, I will be watching EVERY junior/ Cadet heat..and I want to see it all in real time

At this time I thinking that all cadets will also surf in the Juniors. That should give the groms more water time and make the Juniors more competitive.

I spoken to several groms recently. We expect about 6 guys for the Cadets plus 5 in the Juniors. Should be really fun for that group.

okay so i registered on the 7th,put the credit card numero and all,even ordered a shirt,but my name is still not coming up on the list.

..its been updated twice since then, so someone help me out with this....id really like to compete and would be seriously bummed if i made the trek to santa cruz,slept in a freezing tent and found out i could only watch....whats the deal?

itll be cool seeing all the other groms in santa cruz...but im afraid ill be out of my league since my name has apparated from the juniors list to the pro-juniors-list....

being 19 i really cant argue with it but i thought the age groups were sorted according to your age on jan-1-06...
