believe it or not NZ is logistically easier for me to get to than santa cruz. even though santa cruz is closer. look foreward to seeing you in 09.

Inconsistent with occasional 3 ft. and poor-fair conditions.
AM REPORT: Tide kinda hurting it, but may get better once it drops out some. Inconsistent clean sets.

SANTA CRUZ'S REGIONAL OVERVIEW:
NW windswell and groundswell continues today with some chest high sets sneaking in at better exposures. Conditions are fair-good with offshore flow. High tide hurting most locations but should get better in the late morning. FORECAST SUMMARY:
SATURDAY: NW swell (290-300) builds through the day, with the largest waves on tap over the afternoon. Look for many breaks to see shoulder-head high waves fill in by the early afternoon, with sets running a couple feet+ overhead at standouts.
Conditions: Clear and cold with NE to E wind through the morning hours. Afternoon winds shift light NW.
