Hey Dorje, the Gizzie Pipe is both a left & right.... it reminds me somewhat of Puerto Escondido, Mexico.... with a central peak (both a left & right) also lefts and rights breaking towards the central peak.... depending on swell direction.... 8)

Rincon, Ventura Point, or ????somewhere in Malibu???
Perhaps KSUSA could approach Surf Happens, organizers of the Rincon Classic, about adding a kneeboard division if we can guarantee sufficient entries. I'd pay the entry fee for a heat (or two if I'm lucky) at Rincon!

See http://www.surfhappens.com/. We're waaay to late for this year ...

Jack - Is that contest a benefit for Surfrider? If so, I have a little pull with them.

Yes, a Rincon kboard event would be legendary...the source of the Greenough stoke.

So will world titles always be on odd numbered years now? There's a tradition out the window.

Wasn't the previous NZ title in 1999? So we're actually back to odd years.
