The one in the Indian Ocean, not the pacific.
Anyone been there?
I once spoke to someone who claimed there was a long left there... Looks like there could be some potential and I've always wanted to go to Australia

Not that good mate! I'm going to 'borrow' that new boat you're scheming up, run it out to sea until the tanks are dry, and then row the rest of the wayHey Tom, working those 15 hour days must have paid off big time , I really going from train and motorcycle ferral trips to G-land, and now considering christmas Island, hmmm.
Just intrigued, the guy who told me about the left there made out it was pretty good - but perhaps he was talking about cocos and not letting on.

xmas pimple
tomway, i know a guy who's been working there for a couple of years he fishes for mackerel and lots of other types of "large" fish right off the rocks
extremely deep drop off, mind you he doesn't surf but i asked him about it and he said there are some surfers on the island but considering the tsunami
went right on by without doing anything [ just a little pointy pimple in the ocean ] you might be better off going to the coco's getting there is a bit of a mission i looked into it 2 yrs back flights unpredictable expense etc but it looks incredible might be worth the hassle AB
