vicco surfers are still in bordies and rashies at that time of the year 8)

pitty about the date change from April to March...i was enjoying toying with the idea.

On the upside its a cranking time for epic conditions.

Not that I want to ... but if I did ... you know hypothetically speaking ... or if a friend of a friend wanted to ... or say if Old Crazy in a fit of impulsiveness decided that he wanted to compete at the 2011 worlds ... not that he's going to ... but if he did ... what would he have to do to qualify for the competition.
Apart from joining say Surfing Queensland ... :?:

Hi womble,
To qualify for the world titles you need to surf 2 events whether that be your state regional and or two pro am events..

This is going to be one AWESOME event.... With some very amazing performance high standard kneeboardsurfing.

Im guessing every heat is going to exhibit a high level of competition surfing and in my opinion will be the hardest world titles to ever win!!!

This is one world title not to be missed with the great people you will get to meet in a beautiful location with consistent swell on most wind directions...

Im looking forward to the improvement in my own surfing from surfing in an event like this and to meet old friends and to make new friends....

So start surfing your state rounds and proam events so you can qualify to get in to the event and kboard festivities of a life time :P :P :P

Thinking about bringing my son Evan. I did not see any categories for kids under 17. Evan will have just turned 14 at that time. Is there anything for him to surf? We are also thinking about him doing a semester of school down there.

Im not sure, but the upcoming Ma and Pa Bendall contest could be one of those qualifying contests. Best to ask the KSA people about it.
