Surf Report 2010
After hearing reports of 4 kneeboard surfers charging at Ulu Watu ,i decided to honour my promise to long time mate Bull and give it a go ,the response i was getting from my new quad and rear fin set up had my confidence up .The charts suggested size was not going to be an issue ,watching Steve a kneeboard surfer from the North Shore strengthened my resolve to ignore the usual crowd factor he was slipping into some choice waves from the peak to racetrack on a Blast quad pulling nice snaps off the top and pulling into a few bigger sets
And so it was to become a great fun session jagging more than i thought of admittedly the smaller sets but getting to open the throttle feeling the added drive from the rear fins (thanks Headwax),exhausted but wanting more the 60 minute motorbike ride the 60+ surfers the chaos seems to have lost its previous significance
All indicators are for an early tomorrow another fun day in paradise

Scott and Brad...
Great to meet up today! So... that's exactly my surf commute, less a jog from where we split.
K-Man... went out South of you... 'T'
Kinda utility surf, with SW winds kicking up. Bob... missed nada.
Scott and Brad, a link to that photo board is to Bruce Topp's site:

Check out days before. I couldn't make Thurs, but Wed was all sorts of fun. That's probably not far from where you surfed yesterday.
Come on back, ya hear!

Kenny's personal surf report...
Yesterday....Ohhhhhh baby!HH+and a few beyond that.glorpy morn. sickness till about 12.Got glassy with a light os.The bait ball,Counted 40+ on the inside...
...2 mile surf team at it"s best.
The middle peak was the deal with lefts going all the way thru.Center right was as good as I've seen it this yr.Short, quick pretty hollow for this place..The drift was going pretty good, never made it over there though..Handfull of bodies at most.Thank god for the lemming effect...
Today?1-2 barely rideable....Looks to be the same tom,Might make the cron run....Oh yeah ...Badass red tide as a bonus
cheers
