There is a story about kneeboarding in the OC Register online today.

The story should be in the newspaper Friday also.
Laylan is going to cover it and I am shooting, maybe we can get a lot of coverage. Laylan has another assignment this weekend, but she will be at the others.

I contacted her. Someone had to let her know. She interviewed me, real newspapers don't accept prewritten articles. I wish she didn't ask so much about me, but it was geared toward a historical perspective.

In an attempt to keep this competitive spirit alive, I'm willing to pay the NSSA membership fee for 1 person. I'd prefer to sponsor a grom, but will gladly pay for the first person that PMs me their info.

I'd posted this in the email thread and was asked to post it on here. Hopefully I'll get a response.

The kneeboard heat times are posted. Two semi heats, 15 minutes each, starting at 12 to 12:30. Get there early, don't be like those Egyptian Olympic wrestlers who showed up at the wrong time after all those years of training. The NSSA used the kneelo World rankings to seed the heats. They are putting in a great effort!

Surf report for today on the southside was 4-6ft faces with some tubes in the morning, light wind, water is 70f.

On the higher tides might get some backwash.
Should be the same Saturday.
