Might zoom down the front for a quick paddle early ... I needs to get wet.

Hope the peepers are ok ... sight is important.

Old Crazy and the swamp dweller had a cup of tea ... chatted n chortled n shot the breeze.

We may share a surf on Saturday morning ... early ... not far from the airplane nest near two-gun city.

Its no organised gathering ... an invasion of the KLA its not ... but there's a couple of crack pots who reside within a stones throwing distance of this esteemed straight-hander ... and if in they want they should join in the fun and frivolity ... AB might even turnip ... sorry turn up ... with a chub ... the dirty little stopper.

can you make it next weekend too , im flat out catchin up on work from the long weekend fiasco. Would love to come and surf.

Whenever there's waves and windows of opportunity I is out there. Next weekend is always on the cards ... prevailing conditions have a bearing on subsequent outcomes of course ... but its often I paddle about in soup ... uncrowded soup soothes the soul ... diamonds in the rough producing the occasional gem.

Funny thing was our last decent get together in April and the surf was all time.

In fact the A frames at the local spot were enough to persuade the assembled contingent to head (retreat) to Point Cartwright where it was just as big but easier to get out. Waves weren't as heavy either but a few of us still got belted across the reef. Will post a shot of the beachies that day.

The monkey spanker is just dandy ... thanks. Its non-health issues that will keep me away from any shenanigans for a couple of weeks. Unfortunate incidents uncovered during investigations during my travels with the company that so kindly donates funds to the mortgage ... have created collateral damage and spotfires that require my attendence. Its far from fun. Not to mention that young David will have invariably finished whittling my new stick during my absence ... I told you not to mention that ... when ... just then ... you did not ... did too ... ya big fat pooh head ... you are ... am not ... are so ... did you call me an arsehole ... arsehole ... arsehat ... I resemble that remark.
